As your Mother…

With your hand in mine and lead you in the right direction. With your fingers wrapped around mine, I will hold you up as you learn to walk.

My arms will warm you when you are cold and pick you up when you are sad. They will comfort you when you have had a bad day and embrace you through all your journeys.

I will listen to your many stories and ease your fears. My ears will hear the truths of your heart and soul.

My words will teach you right from wrong and encourage you as you try new things. They will share stories of the past and be honest and kind even during the tough times.

I will walk with you as you experience all that life has to offer. I will stand beside proudly as you grow and learn.
